Providing ethically driven music production education by inspiring, training, and empowering the next generation of music creatives.

We are changing the music industry landscape by working with young aspiring music leaders to create the gold standard in music production.

YR Music has helped launch musicians such as P-Lo, Kuya Beats, Rayana Jay, and The HNRL who produced for YG, Kamaiyah, and Teedra Moses. Our participants have gone on to land music careers at companies including Universal Music Group and Vox Media.

We focus on career readiness skills through intensive, experiential music education, employment programs and holistic wraparound services that position creatives to pursue music careers across various industries.
